- Butter - 3.9 oz
- Sugar - 14.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Milk - 3 fl oz
- Baking Powder - 2 teaspoons
- Vanillin - to taste
- Cocoa Powder - 2 tablespoons
- Egg white - 4 pieces
- Citric Acid - ½ teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the room temperature butter with 200 grams of sugar, adding the eggs one at a time, continue beating, then add the milk, and finally add the sifted flour and baking powder.
Step 2
Divide the batter into two parts, adding 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder to one part. Pour into molds and bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 25–30 minutes.
Step 3
Frosting: Mix the egg whites with a cup of sugar and citric acid, place over a water bath and beat until stiff peaks form, remove from heat and continue beating for 3–5 minutes.
Step 4
Decorate the cooled cupcakes with the chilled frosting. The frosting holds its shape well.
