Ingredients

  • Egg white - 1 piece
  • Oat flakes - 1.8 oz
  • Sugar - to taste
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Cottage cheese - 2.6 oz
  • Kiwi - 2 pieces
  • Gelatin - 0.5 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 356°F.

Step 2

First, bake the cups. Take the oat flakes and grind them into flour using a blender. Add the egg white and a pinch of salt to the resulting flour. Sugar is optional. The dough should be thick like a pâté.

Step 3

Grease silicone molds with oil and fill them with the dough along the edges, forming cups. Bake in the oven until ready, about 15–20 minutes.

Step 4

When the base is ready and cooled, start making the filling.

Step 5

Soak 10 grams of gelatin in water. Once it swells, heat it until dissolved and mix it with the cottage cheese. You can add sugar, honey, jam, or whatever you prefer. Fill the cups with the prepared filling.

Step 6

For decoration, take any fruits or berries and chop them finely. Mix with the remaining gelatin and sprinkle over the dessert.

Step 7

All done! Just place the dish in the refrigerator to set.
