- Black Rowan - 10.6 oz
- Milk - 13 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 31.7 oz
- Sugar - 10.6 oz
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Cardamom - 2 spoons
- Dry yeast - 0.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Warm the milk, but do not bring it to a boil. Dissolve the yeast in the milk and mix the milk with ground cardamom.
Step 2
Beat the eggs with sugar in a deep bowl, then add the milk and melted butter, whisking them together. Gradually add the flour to the bowl and knead the dough. Let it rest in a warm place for an hour.
Step 3
Now you can mix the dough with blackcurrants, shape the cookies into any desired form, and place them on a baking sheet (previously lined with parchment paper). Put the baking sheet in the oven preheated to 356°F for half an hour. For added visual appeal, you can brush the cookies with beaten egg.
