- Wheat Flour - 10.6 oz
- Whole egg - 1 piece
- Salt - a pinch
- Sour Cream - 8.8 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 13 pieces
- Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Citrus Zest Mix - 0.4 oz
- Butter - 0.5 oz
- Powdered Sugar - 1.1 oz
- Red Currant - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Dough: mix butter, egg yolk, powdered sugar, and salt, then add 250 g of flour.
Step 2
Place the dough in baking molds, raising the edges by 2 cm. Bake until partially cooked, then remove.
Step 3
Soufflé: crush the red currants. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whip the egg whites.
Step 4
Beat the yolks with sugar, add the remaining flour, sour cream, and cook while stirring, then incorporate the chopped lemon zest, currants, mix everything and combine with the whipped egg whites.
Step 5
Bake the soufflé in a greased mold. Chop the nuts. Sprinkle the undercooked dough with breadcrumbs mixed with nuts, then add the soufflé mixture.
Step 6
Return the dough with the soufflé to the oven for 1 hour, watching to ensure the top does not burn.
