- Wheat Flour - 8.8 oz
- Red Curry Powder - 2 teaspoons
- Dry yeast - 0.2 oz
- Shelled pumpkin seeds - 1.4 oz
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Water - 5 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil - 3 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the flour with the yeast, curry, and 30 grams of seeds. Add water and oil, and knead the dough. Cover and place in a warm place for 1 to 1.5 hours.
Step 2
Punch down the dough and shape it into 12 balls. Place on a baking sheet and let rise for 30 to 35 minutes. Brush with egg yolk/oil/cream and sprinkle with the remaining seeds. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes at 356°F.
