- Pasta (corkscrew) - 7.1 oz
- Onion - 1.8 oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Carrot - 3.5 oz
- Canned Mackerel in Oil - 1 can
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Curry - 0.2 oz
- Spinach - 0.7 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta until al dente.
Step 2
Dice the carrot and onion into small cubes. Mince the garlic.
Step 3
Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the vegetables for 5–7 minutes, stirring, until golden brown.
Step 4
Place the canned mackerel in a skillet and gently break it apart. Sauté, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Pour in the milk, add curry, salt, and pepper, and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Step 6
Add the pasta to the skillet, mix well with the fish and vegetables, and cook for another 2 minutes.
Step 7
Add the spinach, stir, and once the spinach wilts, remove the pan from the heat.
