Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 8.5 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Vegetable Oil - 5 tablespoons
- Milk - 17 fl oz
- Sugar - 4 teaspoons
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Boiling water - 7 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
In a large bowl, whisk 3 eggs.
Step 3
Add salt and sugar, continue whisking.
Step 4
Add half of the milk and mix.
Step 5
Gradually add the flour, thoroughly mixing the batter with a whisk.
Step 6
Add another cup of milk and mix until smooth.
Step 7
Add 3 tablespoons of oil and mix.
Step 8
Pour in the boiling water, mix thoroughly, and let the batter rest for 15–20 minutes.
Step 9
Heat a skillet and grease it with vegetable oil. Pour the batter onto the hot skillet using a ladle, spreading it evenly.
Step 10
Once the pancake is browned on one side, flip it to the other side. The pancake cooks faster on the other side.
Step 11
Stack the pancakes on top of each other.
Step 12
Serve with sour cream and jam.
