  • Milk - 17 fl oz
  • Sugar - 4 teaspoons
  • Salt - ½ teaspoon
  • Boiling water - 7 fl oz

Prepare all the ingredients.

In a large bowl, whisk 3 eggs.

Add salt and sugar, continue whisking.

Add half of the milk and mix.
