Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 10 oz
- Butter - 5 oz
- Chopped almonds - 0 oz
- Sugar - 5 oz

Place the almonds in boiling water and cook for 2 minutes.

Peel off the skin.
Step 3
Toast the almonds in a hot skillet, stirring constantly.

In a bowl, combine the flour and 50 grams of sugar.

Once the almonds have cooled, grind them in a blender. Add the ground almonds to the flour.
Step 6
Freeze the butter and grate it into the flour.
Step 7
Mix into crumbs and knead the dough. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 8
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 9
Shape the dough into small crescents and place them on the baking sheet.
Step 10
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 480°F.
Step 11
While still warm, roll in sugar.
