Ingredients
- Edam Cheese - 15 oz
- Mustard Greens - 1 teaspoon
- Pickled Eggplant with Peppers - 1 piece
- Parsley - 3 sprigs
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Milk - 2 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour - 5 oz
- Ham - 4 slices
- Breadcrumbs - 0 oz
- Mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
You will need 4 flat pieces of Edam cheese (about 1 cm thick). Boil one egg hard.
Step 2
Carefully cut the pieces of cheese in the middle to create a 'pocket'.
Step 3
Insert the ham and 2 slices of the boiled egg.
Step 4
Coat in flour, then in the egg, and finally in breadcrumbs, frying in oil on both sides without letting the coating burn.
Step 5
For the sauce: mix mayonnaise with warm milk and mustard, adding finely chopped cucumber.
Step 6
Drizzle the cheese with the sauce and garnish with parsley.
