- Milk - 8 fl oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 4 pieces
- Tomatoes - 4 pieces
- Dried Rosemary - 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Coat the bell peppers and tomatoes with vegetable oil and roast in an oven preheated to 392°F for 10–15 minutes.
Step 2
Peel the vegetables, remove the seeds, place the flesh in a bowl, and pour in the dairy.
Step 3
Add the minced garlic and blend everything with a blender until smooth.
Step 4
Add mint, salt, and pepper to taste. Chill.
Step 5
Serve with crispy crackers and cut vegetables.
