- Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Starch film - 4 spoons
- Soy Sauce - 3 fl oz

Step 1
Heat 200 ml of water, but do not bring it to a boil. Add the rice flour to the water and stir.
Step 2
From the prepared dough, shape small balls about the size of a walnut.
Step 3
Steam the balls for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Prepare the sauce. Combine soy sauce, 200 ml of water, sugar, and starch. Cook this mixture over heat, stirring constantly until it thickens, but do not bring it to a boil.
Step 5
Thread the prepared meatballs onto wooden skewers, then drizzle with sauce. They can be served at the table.
