- Wheat Flour - to taste
- Butter - 2.6 oz
- Danish pastry dough - to taste
- Caramel Syrup - 2.6 oz
- Ground Cinnamon - 2 teaspoons
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Milk - 2 tablespoons
- Light Raisins, Seedless - 2.1 oz

Prepare the dough.

Preheat the oven to 392°F.

On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle measuring 30x40 cm.

In a small bowl, beat the softened butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Spread evenly over the dough and sprinkle with raisins. Roll the dough from the short side into a log and cut into 16 pieces, each 1.5 cm wide. Place on a baking sheet and press down slightly. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.

In a small bowl, beat the egg with the milk, brush the spirals with the mixture, and sprinkle with sugar. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm, sprinkled with sugar.
