Dark Chocolate Tarts with Cream Filling
Ingredients
- Pecan - 1½ cups
- Dates - 4 pieces
- 20% Sour Cream - 12.3 oz
- Chocolate 53% - 2.5 oz
- Brown Sugar - 1.6 oz
- Natural Yogurt - 3.5 oz
- Black Pomegranate Molasses - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the chocolate and 0.5 cups of pecans in a blender until fine crumbs. Transfer to a bowl. Remove the pits from the dates and blend the flesh with 1 cup of pecans in the blender. Add to the bowl with the chocolate and mix well.
Step 2
In a tartlet mold, place 2 tablespoons of the chocolate-nut mixture and press it firmly to the bottom of the mold with your fingers. Remove the tartlet from the mold.
Step 3
For the cream, whip the sour cream, yogurt, and brown sugar together.
Step 4
Place 1 tablespoon of cream into each mold and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Step 5
Before serving, garnish with pomegranate seeds.
