Description

Recipe for the Moulinex bread maker.

Ingredients

  • Water - 11 fl oz
  • Malt Vinegar - 4 tablespoons
  • Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1½ teaspoons
  • Coarsely Ground Rye Flour - 11.5 oz
  • Wheat Flour - 7.9 oz
  • Ground Caraway - 1 tablespoon
  • Dry yeast - 2 teaspoons
  • Boiling water - 2 fl oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Pour boiling water (80 ml) over the malt (4 tablespoons) and let it cool.

Step 2

Then add water (330 ml) with vegetable oil (2 tablespoons), add the brewed malt, and sequentially add honey or sugar, salt, the two types of flour, and yeast into the bread pan.

Step 3

Select program 6 — 'Gluten-Free Bread' — the bread maker will start mixing immediately. After a couple of minutes, use a plastic spatula to help scrape the flour from the corners of the pan into a single lump for 2–3 minutes.

Step 4

After the beep (15 minutes after starting), add the caraway seeds.

Step 5

The program will finish the rest by itself.
