- Pitted Dates - 7.1 oz
- Oats - 3.5 oz
- Almonds - 3.5 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 2 teaspoons
- Coconut Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Shredded Coconut - 0.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grind the oats into flour.
Step 2
If the nuts are raw, toast them in a dry skillet, stirring constantly. Then, chop the nuts (any type of nuts can be used).
Step 3
Add the pitted dates, cocoa powder, nuts, and coconut oil to the ground oats. Blend until smooth.
Step 4
Now, form the candies. Roll the mixture into balls.
Step 5
Coat the balls in shredded coconut. Place them in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
