Ingredients
- Pitted olives - 30 pieces
- Chocolate-Covered Coffee Beans - 1.8 oz
- Ground Cinnamon - to taste
- Vanillin - to taste
- Walnuts - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Remove the skin from the cocoa beans.
Step 2
Blend the walnuts, dates, and beans together. Add spices. If you prefer a more uniform consistency, you can grind everything using a meat grinder, but I really like the pieces of cocoa beans.
Step 3
With damp hands, roll the mixture into balls with walnuts.
Step 4
Store in the refrigerator in a closed container. If left to sit overnight, they will taste significantly better.
