  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 teaspoon
  • Goji Berries - 1.4 oz
  • Chopped almonds - 5.3 oz
  • Ginger - a pinch

Prepare all the ingredients.

Put everything into a powerful blender.

Roll into balls and coat them in cocoa, coconut flakes, sesame seeds, or cinnamon.

Step 4

Place in the freezer for 2 hours.
