- Wheat Flour - 10.6 oz
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Kefir - 17 fl oz
- Water - 7 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil - 2 fl oz
- Sugar - 1.6 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ spoons
- Salt - ½ spoons
Step by Step guide

Prepare all the ingredients.

Beat the eggs with sugar, salt, and vegetable oil.
Step 3
Gradually fold in half the amount of kefir into the eggs.
Step 4
Sift the flour and gradually add it to the dough. Mix until smooth.
Step 5
Add the remaining kefir to the dough.

Bring water to a boil and add baking soda to it. Gradually pour the mixture into the dough while whisking continuously.

If there are lumps in the batter, strain it. Let the batter sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes.

Preheat the skillet well. Stir the batter once more and pour a ladle of batter into the skillet, spreading it evenly across the bottom.

Fry until the edges of the dough turn golden brown, then flip and fry for another 10–20 seconds.
