Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 10.6 oz
- Milk - 17 fl oz
- Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
- Salt - ½ spoons
- Sugar - 1.8 oz
- Butter - 5.6 oz
- Boiling water - 13 fl oz
Step by Step guide

Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a saucepan.
Step 3
Continue to heat the oil over medium heat until it takes on a light amber color. Strain the caramelized oil through a cheesecloth to remove any burnt bits.
Step 4
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, salt, and 60 grams of melted and cooled caramelized butter.
Step 5
Pour in the milk while continuing to beat the batter.
Step 6
Gradually add the sifted flour in portions.
Step 7
Stir in boiling water into the dough while continuously mixing. Let the prepared dough rest for 30 minutes.
Step 8
Preheat a crepe pan over medium-high heat. Grease it with vegetable oil. Stir the batter before frying and pour a ladle of batter into the pan, spreading it evenly across the bottom.
Step 9
Fry the pancake for 20–30 seconds on one side, then flip it and cook for another 10–15 seconds.
Step 10
Stack the finished pancakes, brushing each one with caramelized butter.
Step 11
Serve delicious milk pancakes with any fillings.
