- Wheat Flour - 15.9 oz
- Oat flakes - 15.9 oz
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Dry yeast - 3 tablespoons
- Water - 47 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Dissolve the yeast in a glass of warm water, add sugar.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix wheat flour, salt, and oat flour.
Step 3
Add the slightly risen yeast to the dry mixture, pour in the remaining water, and mix well. Let it sit for 30 minutes to rise.
Step 4
Pour a glass of batter onto a well-heated, oiled skillet and cook for 4–5 minutes on each side. Serve with bacon, eggs, syrup, etc.
