Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Oat flakes - 4 tablespoons
- Cocoa Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Sugar Substitute - to taste
- Baking Powder - ½ teaspoon
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 5.3 oz
- Gelatin - 0.2 oz
- Water - 1 fl oz
- Vanillin - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the gelatin in 50 ml of water. Whisk the egg, dissolve the sugar substitute (to taste) in the water, add cocoa and flour; if the batter is too thick, you can add a bit more water.
Step 2
Add the baking powder, whisk, pour into a mold, and place in the microwave for 2.5 minutes.
Step 3
While the cake cools, dissolve the sugar substitute for the white layer (again, to taste). Pour the sweet water into the cottage cheese and whisk. Place the swollen gelatin in the microwave for 20 seconds to dissolve. Pour this mixture into the cottage cheese and whisk.
Step 4
Cut the cooled cake into 4 pieces and layer them in a container: cake, cottage cheese mixture, cake, cottage cheese mixture. Place in the refrigerator until set (25–40 minutes).
