Ingredients
- Honey - 3 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Cream (40%) - 1 cup
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 7.9 oz
- Vanilla salt - ½ teaspoon
- Orange bitters - 2 tablespoons
- Green Tea (brick) - 1.8 oz
- Ladyfinger Cookies - 3.5 oz
- Mint - to taste
- Powdered Sugar - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Whisk the egg yolks with powdered sugar and honey in a water bath. Add mascarpone and whisk until creamy.
Step 2
Separately, whip the cream with vanilla, 1 tablespoon of strong brewed green tea, and orange liqueur.
Step 3
Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Step 4
Combine the cheese mixture with the cream mixture and gently fold in the whipped egg whites.
Step 5
Soak the cookies in green tea and layer them in serving glasses. Top with cream. Repeat the layers.
Step 6
Place the dessert in the refrigerator for a day.
