- Gelatin - 0.4 oz
- Canned Peaches - 1 piece
- Cottage cheese - 7.1 oz
- Vanilla salt - 0.4 oz
- Natural Yogurt - 8.8 oz
- Mint - to taste
- Cream - 3 fl oz
- Powdered Sugar - 1.8 oz
- Fresh Berries - 8.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the gelatin in 6 tablespoons of cold water for 5 minutes. Puree the peach. Gently heat the gelatin until dissolved, then add it to the puree.
Step 2
Mix the yogurt, cottage cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla sugar until smooth. Add the yogurt mixture to the peach puree.
Step 3
Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Whip the cream and fold it into the partially set mixture. Spoon into dessert cups.
Step 5
Sort the berries, wash and dry them if necessary. Arrange them beautifully on top of the dessert and garnish with lemon mint.
