- Almond Milk - 3 fl oz
- Bananas - 3.5 oz
- Broccoli - 1.8 oz
- Kale - 1.8 oz
- Spirulina - 0 oz
- Blueberries - 0.7 oz
- Sunflower Seeds - 0.7 oz
- Pumpkin Seeds (peeled) - 0.4 oz
- Flax seeds - 0.2 oz
- Dried Kelp - 0.2 oz
- Chlorella - 0 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the banana, slice it, and freeze it.
Step 2
Separate the broccoli into florets.
Step 3
Peel the avocado and remove the pit.
Step 4
In a blender, combine the banana, avocado, broccoli, kale, almond milk, chlorella, and spirulina — blend until smooth, then transfer to a deep plate.
Step 5
Top with seeds, blueberries, and kelp chips.
