Description
This is NOT chocolate, but for a diabetic, it's something of a quality approximation. If desired, add nuts or raisins. I hope this brings at least a little happiness to someone))
Ingredients
- Fructose - 5.3 oz
- Milk - 8 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 2 tablespoons
- Vanilla Sugar - to taste
- Cocoa Powder - to taste
- Butter - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a saucepan, mix the fructose, milk, and butter.
Step 2
Place over medium heat and cook for 15 minutes.
Step 3
In a deep plate, mix the flour, vanilla, and cocoa. You can use anywhere from 100 grams to 300 grams of cocoa, depending on how bitter you like your chocolate.
Step 4
Pour the mixture into the saucepan and cook for another 10 minutes until it reaches the consistency of thick sour cream. (But, so that the spoon doesn't 'stand' in it)
Step 5
Transfer the resulting 'dough' onto a clean and dry surface that you won't mind throwing away later, such as a layer of foil. Roll it out to 2 cm in width and use cookie cutters to create shapes.
Step 6
Send our chocolate to the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
