- Pumpkin puree - 7.1 oz
- Peanuts - 1.8 oz
- Pitted Dates - 1.8 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 1.8 oz
- Bananas - 3.5 oz

You can make pumpkin puree yourself - peel the pumpkin, cut it into cubes, and simmer it in a pot for about 20-30 minutes (to prevent burning, add 50 ml of water). Once ready, blend everything until smooth.
Step 2
Place the peanuts in a blender and grind them into very fine crumbs.
Step 3
Add the dates to the blender and process until smooth.
Step 4
Mash the banana into a puree (using a fork, blender, or any other method).
Step 5
Mix all the ingredients in a deep bowl (if the mixture is too thick, you can add 20 ml of water) and knead a thick batter, then transfer it to a baking dish (18-20 cm in diameter), spreading it evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 25-30 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
Step 6
Leave in the pan until completely cool, then refrigerate overnight. Cut into portions and drizzle with melted chocolate. Enjoy your meal!
