- Oat flakes - 7.1 oz
- Peanuts - 5.3 oz
- Walnuts - 3.5 oz
- Poppy seeds - 1.8 oz
- Sunflower Seeds - 2.8 oz
- Chicken Eggs - 2 pieces
- Fat-Free Kefir - 3 fl oz
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Sugar Substitute Tablets - 15 pieces

Step 1
First, mix all the dry ingredients (break the nuts into pieces, but not too small).
Step 2
Add the eggs, honey, kefir, and sugar substitute. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 3
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, for decoration add a nut on top, and bake until done!
