Description

The more variety of nuts in these cookies, the tastier they are. You can also add sesame seeds, flax seeds, raisins, etc., all to your liking!

  • Oat flakes - 7.1 oz
  • Peanuts - 5.3 oz
  • Walnuts - 3.5 oz
  • Poppy seeds - 1.8 oz
  • Sunflower Seeds - 2.8 oz
  • Chicken Eggs - 2 pieces
  • Fat-Free Kefir - 3 fl oz
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons
  • Sugar Substitute Tablets - 15 pieces

Step by Step guide

Step 1

First, mix all the dry ingredients (break the nuts into pieces, but not too small).

Step 2

Add the eggs, honey, kefir, and sugar substitute. Mix everything thoroughly.

Step 3

Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, for decoration add a nut on top, and bake until done!
