Description
If you don't have corn flour, you can grind the grains in a food processor until it reaches flour consistency.
Ingredients
- Whole Wheat Flour - 3 tablespoons
- Corn Flour - 3.5 oz
- Egg - 1 piece
- Sour Cream - 2 tablespoons
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Baking Powder - 0.2 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sift both types of flour and the baking powder, combine and mix.
Step 2
Beat the egg with sugar until fluffy.
Step 3
Add sour cream to the egg mixture and mix well.
Step 4
Add the flour mixture to the resulting mixture and knead the dough.
Step 5
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 6
Form small balls, place them on the baking sheet, and flatten them to create small cookies about 3–5 mm thick.
Step 7
Bake the cookies for 12–15 minutes. The finished cookies can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
