- Cottage cheese - 21.2 oz
- Chicken Eggs - 2 pieces
- Corn Flour - 4.2 oz
- Stevia Extract - 2 tablespoons
- Sugar Substitute Tablets - 5 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the cottage cheese in a bowl and mash it with a fork.
Step 2
Add the eggs to the cottage cheese and mix well.
Step 3
Add the stevia and crushed sugar substitute tablets, and mix well again, you can use a mixer.
Step 4
Gradually sift the flour into the cottage cheese mixture and stir until it becomes difficult to mix.
Step 5
Transfer the cottage cheese mixture to a lightly floured surface, knead the dough; it should be soft, slightly moist, and a bit sticky to the hands.
Step 6
Wet your hands with water to prevent the dough from sticking.
Step 7
Tear off a piece of dough from the main mass and roll it into a sausage shape.
Step 8
Evenly divide the sausage into small, equal pieces and shape them as desired.
Step 9
Place the cottage cheese balls into boiling water and cook for 2–3 minutes until they float, then remove them immediately.
