  • Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
  • Natural Yogurt - ¼ cup
  • Bananas - 3 pieces
  • Lime Syrup - ½ cup
  • Olive Oil - 5 tablespoons
  • Walnuts - 3 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 356°F.

Step 2

In a large bowl, mix together the oats, flour, flax seeds, baking powder, and baking soda.

Step 3

In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add the yogurt, mashed bananas, syrup, and oil. Pour in the dry mixture and add the walnuts.

Step 4

Divide the batter into muffin cups. You can sprinkle chocolate on top. Bake for 20-22 minutes.
