  • Fresh basil leaves - 1 teaspoon
  • Flaxseeds - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh basil leaves - 1.4 oz
  • Feta cheese - 5.3 oz
  • Fresh basil leaves - to taste
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Corn Starch - 2 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Mix cornstarch, eggs, milk, flax seeds, and dried basil with a mixer until smooth.

Step 2

Cook in a small non-stick frying pan without oil over medium heat.

Step 3

Combine feta, chopped spinach, basil, and garlic.

Step 4

Wrap the filling in the pancakes.

Step 5

Fry the pancakes in a pan on both sides without using oil until golden brown (no longer than 2 minutes on each side).
