Description

When choosing a mold, keep in mind that the omelette will rise 1.5 to 2 times. This omelette is suitable as a therapeutic meal for peptic ulcers.

  • Salt - 0 oz
  • Butter - 0.2 oz

Prepare all the ingredients.

Pour water into the steamer (about one third of the maximum capacity) and place it on the heat.

Crack the eggs into a deep bowl and whisk well until smooth.

Add salt.

Pour in the milk and mix well.

Grease the mold with butter.

Pour the egg mixture into the mold. Ideally, it should not be higher than 4 cm, as a greater height may retain bacteria in the omelette.

If the water in the steamer is already boiling, place the mold inside and cover with a lid.

After about 7 to 10 minutes, turn off the steamer, but do not remove the omelette immediately; let it sit for a few minutes. Carefully lift the lid to avoid pouring water from it onto the omelette.
