Description
The finished casserole should be covered with a brown crust. Remove it and enjoy, optionally drizzling a small amount of honey on top.
Ingredients
- Strawberry - 10.6 oz
- Cottage cheese - 4.2 oz
- Semolina - 1 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour - 1 tablespoon
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Fiber - 1.1 oz
- Egg white - 3 pieces
- Fructose - 1 tablespoon
- Activated Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Blend the cottage cheese, egg, egg whites, semolina, flour, and honey until smooth.
Step 2
Dissolve the baking soda with lemon juice, add it to the batter, and blend again.
Step 3
Sprinkle the bottom of the pie dish with fiber, then layer the sliced strawberries on top to completely cover the fiber.
Step 4
Pour the batter over the strawberries. If the dish is large, you can increase the amount of ingredients. I have a dish that is 15 cm in diameter.
Step 5
Place in a preheated oven at 392°F for 25–30 minutes. Everyone's ovens are different, so it's best to choose the time yourself.
