Ingredients
- Buckwheat - 2.8 oz
- Rye Bran - 1.4 oz
- Fructose - 0.1 oz
- Goji Berries - 0.8 oz
- 1% Milk - 20 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the goji berries in a glass of warm (not hot!) water for 3 minutes. Drain the water and gently squeeze the berries.
Step 2
In a saucepan, bring the milk to a boil, add the sweetener and buckwheat. Cook, covered with a lid or foil, on low heat for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Add the bran. Cook, stirring, on low heat for another 5 minutes and remove from heat.
Step 4
Serve the porridge in a bowl, add the goji berries, and enjoy.
