Description

- Bananas - 2 pieces
- Ground Oats - 1½ cups
- Ground Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
- Raisins - 2.3 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the bananas into rounds and mash them in a bowl with a fork until they become a puree. Add the oats (do not cook — they should be dry) and mix.
Step 2
Add the raisins and cinnamon — knead the dough.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 4
Form balls from the resulting dough, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (previously greased with butter), and gently press down on the balls to shape them into patties.
Step 5
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
