- Milk - 10 fl oz
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Sugar - 1.8 oz
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 17 fl oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Dry yeast - 0.5 oz
- Vanillin - a pinch
- Wheat Flour - 12.3 oz
- Powdered Sugar - 5.3 oz
Step by Step guide

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

In a bowl, combine the yeast, sugar, salt, and vanillin.
Step 3
Mix well.
Step 4
Pour in the milk and add the egg.
Step 5
Add the flour and the butter.
Step 6
Knead the dough by hand.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 5–6 mm and cut out rings using various sized cutters.
Step 8
Heat the oil.
Step 9
Fry the donuts over medium heat for 2 minutes on each side. Let them cool on a paper towel.

Dust the donuts with powdered sugar.
