Description
Double Chocolate Muffins
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 2.8 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Brown Sugar - 1.8 oz
- Butter - 0.9 oz
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Milk - 1 fl oz
- Vanillin - ¼ teaspoon
- White Chocolate - 1.8 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate - 1.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 392°F.
Step 2
Mix the dry ingredients in a separate bowl: flour, cocoa, baking powder, and sugar.
Step 3
Melt the butter (for example, in the microwave on medium power for a couple of minutes). Whisk the egg, milk, melted butter, and vanillin together.
Step 4
Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
Step 5
Chop the white chocolate into small cubes and add it to the batter. Mix thoroughly.
Step 6
Place paper (or silicone) liners in a muffin tray for 4 muffins, fill them with batter up to ¾ full, and bake for about 17 minutes, until the muffins rise. Leave them in the tray for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool.
Step 7
In a heatproof bowl, melt the dark chocolate (either over the heat or in the microwave on low power). Drizzle it over the muffins.
