- Wheat Flour - 17.6 oz
- Milk - 8 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Butter - 2.1 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Peanut Butter - 17 fl oz
- Dry yeast - 0.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour the milk into a saucepan and heat it to body temperature. Rub the yeast into the flour until it forms a fine crumb. Then, rub in the butter, add salt, 40 g of sugar, and then the eggs and milk. Knead the dough and let it rise, covered, for 1 hour.
Step 2
On a floured surface, divide the dough into pieces of 30 g each. Roll them into tight balls. Place them on a baking sheet lightly greased with oil and dusted with flour, seam side down. Cover with a towel and let rise for 45 minutes.
Step 3
Fry the doughnuts in hot oil for 30 to 45 seconds on each side.
Step 4
Place the doughnuts on a paper towel and let them cool.
Step 5
Roll the finished doughnuts in sugar.
