- Milk - 5 fl oz
- Dry yeast - 0.7 oz
- Coarsely Ground Rye Flour - 10.6 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Cardamom - to taste
- Cinnamon - to taste
- Powdered Sugar - to taste
- Apple - 10.6 oz
- Condensed Milk - 1 can
- 10% cream - 8 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Warm the milk until it's lukewarm. Separate the egg white from the yolk.
Step 2
Mix the yeast with the milk, yolk, and cardamom.
Step 3
Shape into balls and fry them for one minute.
Step 4
Roll in a mixture of cinnamon and powdered sugar.
Step 5
Serve with apple ice cream.
Step 6
Ice Cream: Peel and core the apples, then blend them. Pour the condensed milk into the apple puree and whip. Place in the freezer for 40 minutes. When the time is up, whip the cream and add it to the mixture, blend again, and put it in the freezer for 2 hours. It's best to use sour apples.
