Description

  • Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
  • Salt - 0.1 oz
  • Cottage cheese - 7.1 oz
  • Olive Oil - to taste
  • Semi-soft cream cheese - 3.5 oz
  • 33% Cream - 6 fl oz
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk with Coffee - 4.2 oz
  • Frozen black currant puree - 3.9 oz
  • Water - 3 fl oz
  • Sugar - 4.2 oz
  • Corn Starch - 0.2 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Beat the egg with 60 grams of sugar and salt with a mixer until thick foam forms. Beat for about 5 minutes.

Step 2

Add the cottage cheese to the mixture.

Step 3

Mix well with a spatula.

Step 4

Add the flour.

Step 5

Add the baking powder.

Step 6

Mix the mixture well.

Step 7

Grease your hands with oil.

Step 8

Shape the doughnuts weighing 15 grams each.

Step 9

Fry the doughnuts in heated oil until golden brown.

Step 10

Prepare the sauce by mixing cream cheese, cream, and boiled condensed milk together. Beat with a mixer until it reaches a thick cream consistency.

Make the currant confit by mixing the currants, water, 120 grams of sugar, and starch in a saucepan and cooking until thickened.

Step 12

Place the doughnuts on a plate and drizzle with both sauces.
