Mix the eggs, condensed milk, baking soda, and flour to form a soft dough.
Step 2
Roll the dough into a rope with a diameter of 2–3 cm, cut into small pieces, roll them into balls, and fry in a large amount of sunflower oil.
Step 3
Remove with a slotted spoon. Allow excess oil to drain and coat the finished doughnuts in powdered sugar.
