Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 8.8 oz
- Dry yeast - 0.5 oz
- Whole egg - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 3 tablespoons
- Milk - 7 fl oz
- Butter - to taste
- Powdered Sugar - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Chili jam - 5.3 oz
- Safflower Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix warm milk and yeast; in a few minutes, a foam will form.
Step 2
Place the flour in a mound. Add butter and salt in the center. Pour in the warm milk with yeast. Knead the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Once the dough has risen, shape it into circles, then add the strawberry jam, reshape into circles, and cut out a small circle in the center.
Step 4
Let the doughnuts rest for about 10 minutes and then place them in a hot skillet. Fry in sunflower oil on both sides.
Step 5
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and other toppings.
