Dukan Chocolate Pudding

- Gelatin - 0.2 oz
- Skim Milk - 10 fl oz
- Sugar Substitute - to taste
- Cocoa Powder - 0.4 oz
- Vanillin - to taste
- Salt - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Leave 50 ml of milk to soak the gelatin. Heat the remaining milk over low heat and add the sugar substitute, cocoa powder, and a little salt.
Step 2
Stirring, cook for a few minutes. When the milk is almost boiling, add the gelatin and mix vigorously. Add the vanillin and remove from heat. It is important that the liquid does not boil.
Step 3
Once slightly cooled, place the chocolate dessert in the freezer for 15-20 minutes. Then cover it with plastic wrap and leave it for another hour to freeze. After that, take out the pudding. If it is too frozen, let it thaw and blend it in a mixer.
Step 4
Divide the resulting mixture into portions and serve. This chocolate dessert is hearty yet light and airy.
