Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the dough. Combine kefir, one egg, 800 grams of flour, and 2 grams of salt, then knead the dough. Roll out the resulting dough. Take a ring with a diameter of 10 cm and cut out circles from the dough.
Step 2
Prepare the filling: combine vegetable oil, powdered sugar, cottage cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla sugar.
Step 3
Place about 10–12 grams of filling in the center of each circular piece of dough. Pinch the ends of the circle together: bring the two ends together and press them with your fingers.
Step 4
Drop the dumplings into a pot of boiling water and cook for 8 minutes.
Step 5
While the dumplings are cooking, prepare the sauce. Blend the berries in a blender, then add the chopped apple and blend again. Add tarragon, sugar, and cinnamon. Blend everything together once more.
Step 6
Remove the dumplings from the pot and place them in the berry sauce. Sprinkle with blueberries on top. Serve with sour cream.
