Ingredients
- Dried Turkey - 8.8 oz
- Red Grape Juice - 8 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 8.8 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Milk - 4 fl oz
- Dry yeast - 0.5 oz
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Whole egg - 1 piece
- Poppy seed paste - 2.8 oz
- Starch film - 1 tablespoon
- Vanilla salt - 0.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the dried fruits in wine for 1 hour. Add 50 grams of sugar, bring to a boil, and thicken with starch. Mix the yolk with poppy seeds, 10 grams of sugar, and 20 grams of butter.
Step 2
Make a sponge from 2 tablespoons of flour, 4 tablespoons of milk, yeast, and 10 grams of sugar. Let it sit for 15 minutes. Add the remaining flour, egg, 50 grams of butter, and 50 grams of sugar, and knead. Let rise for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Roll out the dough, place the poppy seed filling, and shape into balls. Let rise for another 20 minutes.
Step 4
Boil the dumplings in a small amount of boiling water, adding 30 grams of butter and 2 tablespoons of sugar.
Step 5
Serve with a sauce made from dried fruits.
