- Wheat Flour - 14.1 oz
- Water - ½ cup
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Butter - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the strawberries and chop them finely, then mix with sugar.
Step 2
Prepare the dough: beat the egg, salt, and water, then pour the mixture into the flour and knead a firm dough.
Step 3
Roll out the dough and cut out circles.
Step 4
Place a teaspoon of strawberries in each circle and sprinkle with sugar to taste. Seal the edges well.
Step 5
Send the dumplings into boiling water and cook until they float to the surface (about 3–5 minutes).
Step 6
Remove, add butter, and serve.
