- Imeretian cheese - 3.5 oz
- Sour Cream - 1.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 24.7 oz
- Water - 7 fl oz
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
First, prepare the dough. Mix wheat flour, water, and salt. Knead until the dough no longer sticks to your hands and becomes elastic.
Step 2
Then wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Grate the two cheeses — suluguni and imeretian — on a coarse grater and mix them together.
Step 4
Take the dough out and roll it out thinly with a rolling pin.
Step 5
Cut out dumplings using a convenient round shape.
Step 6
Add a little cheese to the center of each circle and pinch the edges together.
Step 7
In a large pot, pour in water and place it on the stove.
Step 8
Once the water boils, add the dumplings.
Step 9
Cook for 7 minutes.
Step 10
Remove the dumplings with a slotted spoon and serve with sour cream.
