  • Raw cane sugar - 10.6 oz
  • Lemon - 1 piece
  • Boiling water - 1 tablespoon

In a small bowl, mix the tea leaves, sugar, and lemon juice.

Step 2

Pour in a liter of boiling water and let it steep for 30 minutes.

Step 3

Strain the tea through a sieve and freeze in an ice cream maker, then transfer to a container and place in the freezer until solid.
