- Liquid dark chocolate - 6 oz
- Butter - 4.2 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Salt - a pinch
- Orange zest - 2 teaspoons
- Matzah - ¾ cup
- Chopped almonds - ¾ cup
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 356°F. Line a rectangular baking dish with foil and lightly grease it with butter.

Melt the chocolate pieces in a water bath, then cool for 5 minutes.
Step 3
In a large bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, and salt with a mixer. Gradually add the chocolate at a low mixer speed. Stir in the orange zest, ground matzah, and walnuts. Mix the batter well.
Step 4
Pour the batter into the prepared dish and bake for 25–30 minutes until done. Cool in the dish. Transfer to a plate, remove the foil, and cut into small squares.
