- Butter - 8.8 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate - 8.8 oz
- Milk - 2 fl oz
- Brown Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 2 fl oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 4 pieces
- Serviceberries - 5.3 oz
- Cocoa Powder - to taste
- Pastry decorations - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 392°F. Line a round (23 cm) baking pan with parchment paper.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
Step 3
Combine the chocolate and milk in a bowl and melt over a water bath until smooth. Add the sugar and let it sit for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Using a mixer, add the egg yolks and melted butter one at a time. Then add the flour and mix well.
Step 5
In a clean bowl, whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the egg whites into the chocolate batter. Then add the blackberries and mix.
Step 6
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.

Reduce the temperature to 320°F. Bake for an additional 50 minutes or until cooked through. Cool in the pan.
Step 8
Transfer to a serving plate, dust with cocoa powder, and decorate with toppings, blackberries, and chocolate eggs.
